Lacey Randell is dedicated to every client she sees and each student she trains. Five times certified in the permanent make-up industry, she is an expert in the brow world.

 

She began her brow career wanting to bring the most current procedures to her hometown of Horseheads NY. After extensively researching training options, she traveled throughout the United States to learn with the best artists in the industry.

Bringing her training back to Upstate New York, she began helping her clients achieve their best brows. After a few years within the industry her talent and skill were obvious and she began the steps necessary to be able to train and teach classes. 

 

Currently Lacey Randell owns and operates Beauty By Lacey,and Hello Beautiful Hair Salon, located in Horseheads NY. She has been working in the beauty industry for 19 years, a business owner for 16. At Beauty By Lacey, you can schedule brow services or reserve a spot in her one-on-one or small group training classes. Lacey has taught other artists throughout the United States and is available on location or for travel to instruct classes.
